偉(wei)創變頻器AC80在電池生產線(xian)上的(de)應(ying)用
電(dian)池鋅(xin)板(ban)生產(chan)線中(zhong),從鑄造機(ji)(ji)中(zhong)出來熱鋅(xin)板(ban),軋制(zhi)后,再進(jin)行收(shou)(shou)(shou)卷(juan)(juan),其中(zhong)收(shou)(shou)(shou)卷(juan)(juan)工(gong)位為(wei)(wei)2個, 以保證連續生產(chan)。通常(chang)情(qing)況下,軋機(ji)(ji)主速(su)度(du)(du)是(shi)跟隨鑄造速(su)度(du)(du)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)而變(bian)(bian)化,且可(ke)以同(tong)時進(jin)行比(bi)例(li)微調(diao),收(shou)(shou)(shou)卷(juan)(juan)為(wei)(wei)1臺(tai)矢(shi)量變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)控制(zhi)2臺(tai)不同(tong)工(gong)位但電(dian)機(ji)(ji)參數一致(zhi)的異步變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(卷(juan)(juan)徑變(bian)(bian)化大必須(xu)采用變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)專用電(dian)機(ji)(ji))。如圖1所示(shi)(shi),包括(kuo)鑄造機(ji)(ji)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)AC80、軋機(ji)(ji)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)AC80、中(zhong)心收(shou)(shou)(shou)卷(juan)(juan)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)AC90、可(ke)編程(cheng)控制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)PLC系(xi)統組成。AC90變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)涉及到2臺(tai)異步電(dian)機(ji)(ji)切換(兩臺(tai)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)的特(te)性盡(jin)可(ke)能的一致(zhi)),AC90采用開環力矩收(shou)(shou)(shou)卷(juan)(juan)的模式(shi)。該系(xi)統中(zhong),PLC工(gong)藝需要來輸出都是(shi)由所有速(su)度(du)(du)給定(ding),并同(tong)時從各個變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)讀取速(su)度(du)(du)、電(dian)流(liu)、轉矩等信(xin)(xin)號(hao),以做(zuo)控制(zhi)或(huo)顯示(shi)(shi)用。PLC程(cheng)序(xu)主要任務(wu)是(shi):處理(li)起停連鎖(suo)、故障報警(jing)、速(su)度(du)(du)控制(zhi)以及顯示(shi)(shi)等。
整(zheng)條生產線的(de)(de)速(su)(su)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)由PLC控(kong)制(zhi),兩個AC80傳(chuan)動變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)采用(yong)(yong)閉(bi)環(變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)實(shi)時檢測(ce)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)轉速(su)(su))控(kong)制(zhi),其中鑄(zhu)造機(ji)(ji)(ji)速(su)(su)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)為主機(ji)(ji)(ji)速(su)(su)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du),從PLC設定的(de)(de)主速(su)(su)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)V獲(huo)得(de),變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)同時對PG的(de)(de)反饋信(xin)號進行運算,使得(de)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)轉速(su)(su)更(geng)加(jia)的(de)(de)穩(wen)定。軋機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)速(su)(su)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)按(an)照鑄(zhu)造電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)速(su)(su)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)成(cheng)比例的(de)(de)增加(jia)或減少。交流變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中心收卷(juan)技術,現(xian)在已經非(fei)(fei)常成(cheng)熟。此(ci)方(fang)案可(ke)適用(yong)(yong)于高精度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)張力收卷(juan)場(chang)合,可(ke)以(yi)省(sheng)去張力傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、PID控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),而只需要偉創AC90變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)PLC控(kong)制(zhi)即可(ke)。AC90變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)是一種可(ke)以(yi)實(shi)現(xian)恒張力控(kong)制(zhi)的(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),可(ke)以(yi)通(tong)(tong)過變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)內部的(de)(de)計算,獲(huo)得(de)材料的(de)(de)卷(juan)徑,通(tong)(tong)過控(kong)制(zhi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸出轉矩(ju)來獲(huo)得(de)恒張力控(kong)制(zhi)。AC90變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)可(ke)以(yi)通(tong)(tong)過設置系統(tong)慣量(liang)補(bu)(bu)償、摩(mo)擦補(bu)(bu)償及材料慣量(liang)補(bu)(bu)償可(ke)以(yi)補(bu)(bu)償由于系統(tong)慣量(liang)、磨擦阻力及材料慣量(liang)引起(qi)的(de)(de)起(qi)動或加(jia)速(su)(su)過程中速(su)(su)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)不(bu)均勻的(de)(de)情況,獲(huo)得(de)非(fei)(fei)常平穩(wen)的(de)(de)張力控(kong)制(zhi)效(xiao)果(guo)。方(fang)案簡(jian)易(yi),調試簡(jian)單。
四、接線圖及參數設置
如果編(bian)碼器(qi)(qi)的實際旋轉(zhuan)方(fang)向與(yu)變頻器(qi)(qi)默(mo)認的旋轉(zhuan)放向相反(現(xian)象(xiang)是變頻器(qi)(qi)的電流比正(zheng)常值大(da)很多,變頻器(qi)(qi)甚至會報過流故障(zhang)),將F5.15設(she)置成(cheng)0011。
